Colonade Motel

I'll give this a 5-star rating because it's got nice rooms that have kitchenettes you can save some money here and in amongst all of these high priced motels in stands out as a real value

Okay okay yeah there were bugs yeah it was gross but it’s a 2 star motel you only really use this place for fun stuff right but the colonnade motel is not the place to go avoid this place not a great location won’t ever stay here again

Felt like I was gonna fall through the room below me in the shower, ac never worked so it was always hot, fridge didn’t work, and she never brought a microwave as promised. Definitely not worth 340 a week

Chris who's the manager she has such compassion for people and animals I really appreciate it when she helped me out in an awful bind if I have any friends or anybody I know that can get in this kind of a situation I will definitely send them to the colonade motel because they will take care of them they don't overcharge like other hotels and motels do and they make you feel part of the family while you're there I love the idea that when you walk in you see a full-size kitchen that means a full size refrigerator freezer a stove a sink plenty of cabinet space a very clean and tidy place and if you want someone to come in and clean it for you there's a lot of people who are actually living in the motel cuz they're going through tough times

Your experience is what you make of it just the same anywhere else. Their are new cleaners managing the rooms, the management are old and are very good at minding the grounds and also tenants. Never saw a roach or bed bug, but then again I don’t check in to stay up tweaking.

Colonnade is local run, average, clean, quiet w/church next door, eating/shopping near. my "go-to"

There were issues, to be sure. But we knew by the price that there would be. Kept it as clean as possible and poured bleach down the drains. Was there for a year with my family. It kept us together. Owners not nice but pay the rent and you will never know that.

The Colonade Motel is very unique. The kitchenettes are clean. Everything works as you would expect....the A/C is COLD, beds comfortable and the showers relaxing and warm. But please remember the Colonade is dog friendly and as our pets are our family too, this motel is 5- star because it's nice to realize and a relief that a family can all stay together.

So after a real thorough cleaning the suite/studio I stayed in was perfect I don't know about any free wifi because I never found signal but otherwise it served its purpose I needed temporary place while waiting for my purchased home to close escrow and this worked staff was more than friendly and helpful only reason I had 2 water bugs not roaches was unit had been unoccupied for a couple of months plus they allow pitbulls and cats other permanent residents were friendly a little louder than I am accustomed to but hey it is what it is. Oh yes it is best to bring your own towels and bedding has no bedbug issues but there is definitely a lack of linens. Also laundry room is not available doesn't work never had housekeeping in but even if inquired wouldn't have had them in because of my dog

I've stayed in better and worse. It's not all that bad. As with anywhere, it's what you can make of it. I think the price is a bit high, for what it is; however, it's very quiet at night and the people tend to keep to themselves. The WiFi is virtually nonexistent...I can pickup Days Inn, which is across the street and down a small bit, better. Overall, it's not so bad as to warrant lower rates, yet the details mentioned keep me from giving it the full 5. So, to be fair I feel the 4 stars is adequate.
